My outfit today! Kind of:
My camera really sucks balls but like imagine a plain black American Apparel t-shirt with the sleeves cuffed twice tucked into a pair of black American Apparel shorts with this vintage necklace and a pair of flats. Because that's what I wore. Um. Anyway, I really like my hair in this picture. Like, the colour. It's not actually this colour in real life sadly but looking at this picture makes me want to redye my hair and lighten my brown (I have horrid roots too so I should touch those up). Is it too light though? I don't know. All I know is that it looks quite pretty in that lighting. Sigh.
So like, today's Friday! I'm so happy. This week of summer school has sucked and I'm really glad it's the weekend now. Plus, I don't have class on Monday! Yay! The sad news though is that on Tuesday I have a test, Wednesday I have a test, Thursday I have a test, and Friday I have a final exam. So um. I'm kind of fucked. That's like a test every day. For 4 days straight. I better catch up on everything over the weekend and actually start studying. Ugh. I'm planning to just like not do ANY chemistry for the rest of today. I think I should reward myself for surviving 5 weeks of summer school thus far and also it's a long weekend so I think 1 day off would be fine. ^_^
I ate this yesterday. How healthy, right?! Kashi 7 Whole Grain cereal with fresh blueberries! To be honest, it didn't taste that bad. But I think the fact that I had a popsicle and a microwavable meal on the same day kind of cancelled it out. I haven't done my ab exercise in 2 days now. I told myself I would do it yesterday but I forgot/was too lazy. COME ON, JASMINE UGH FJDKSJDSAKJSAFAAL.
Anyway, since my summer school course is ending in a week's time, I borrowed 'Invisible Monsters' by Chuck Palahniuk and 'Junk' by Melvin Burgess from the library to read after I'm free from summer school. I haven't read a novel in ages. Actually, I lied there. I did start 'Choke' by Chuck Palahniuk but I was too lazy and didn't have enough time to finish it. I also started 'Lolita' by Vladimir Nabokov several weeks ago but I just didn't have enough time and I couldn't renew the book because other people requested it on hold so yeah. Bummer. So, let me rephrase this: I haven't finished a novel in ages.
Anyway I always have shit that I want to talk about on my blog that I think of on my daily 15 minute walk home from summer school, and I have my mind set on writing a whole ton of shit, but as soon as I start typing, I just forget everything. Like now. Sad face. I SWEAR I HAD MORE TO SAY. UGH. Okay you know what? I will just end this now with a pretty picture of the sky from a few days ago:
